Adorable design and great quality overall — love the soft yet structured feel. However, the interior lining is slightly loose near the zipper seam (not falling out, but noticeable). Also, the strap isn’t adjustable, so it sits higher on me than expected (I’m 5'6”). Still happy with it, but not quite ‘flawless’ as described.
